1. General Principles

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated in those accounts will be considered void. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but each account's details must be unique.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep the name, mobile number, and other details provided in the registration form accurate and up to date. If incorrect information causes problems during account verification, krikiya reserves the right to suspend withdrawals from that account.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their login details confidential. Sharing a password or sharing an account with anyone else is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the krikiya support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

krikiya currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for both deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if account verification is not complete or a security review is ongoing, processing may take additional time. Deposited funds are for direct use in betting or gaming — krikiya may request proof of the source of funds at any time.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made only from the user's own mobile financial service account.
• Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will be sent only to the mobile account from which the deposit was made.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirements related to the bonus have been met.
• If there is suspicion of suspicious activity or fraud, krikiya reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

krikiya offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus, with a maximum bonus amount of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus funds.

A bonus is not equivalent to cash in any way — it is a conditional benefit. If bonuses are misused through multiple accounts or any other method, the bonus on those accounts will be cancelled and the accounts may be closed.

4.1 VIP Cashback

krikiya's VIP programme has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%, the Silver tier a maximum of 0.8%, and the Gold tier a maximum of 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings. Example for a Silver member: if the net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback earned will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

4.2 General Promotion Conditions

• Each promotion has its own applicable terms, which may change while they remain active.
• If a promotional offer conflicts with the site's terms, the site's terms will prevail.
• In any dispute relating to a promotion, krikiya's decision is final.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

krikiya offers various entertainment categories including sports betting, casino games, slots, and live casino. Each category has its own applicable rules. If an error or technical problem occurs during betting, the bet in question may be considered void.

5.1 Bet Cancellation and Void

• Bets may be voided in the event of a technical error, match cancellation, or postponement.
